How natural do the voices actually sound?
Natural enough for real voiceovers, with breath and pacing. You can set the emotion and pace, add a laugh, a sigh or a pause, whisper a few words, or describe the delivery in your own words ([like telling a secret]). The best judge is your own ear: try the Studio demo.
What languages are supported?
Nepali and English built-in voices for text-to-speech, with voice cloning available in both.
Can I clone my own voice?
Yes. Record or upload 3 to 30 seconds of clean speech (20 to 30 seconds works best) and confirm the voice is yours or that you have the owner's written permission. Your clone is ready in under a minute. Available on all paid plans; Free includes one trial preview.
Plans & Billing
How are characters counted?
Every character that is spoken counts, including spaces and punctuation; numbers count as the words they are read as (25 is read as "twenty-five"). The Studio counter shows the exact count before you generate. Your allowance renews every 30 days and unused characters do not roll over.
Can I use the audio commercially?
Free is for personal, non-commercial use. Every paid plan (Creator, Creator Plus, Business) includes a commercial licence for audio made on it, including ads, client work, products and monetised videos. Audio you made on a paid plan stays licensed after the plan ends.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
Generation pauses until your allowance renews. Your existing audio and projects are always safe. Upgrade anytime to continue immediately.
Can I get a refund?
Paid plans are non-refundable once purchased. The Free plan lets you try everything first. We do refund duplicate charges, non-delivery, and accidental upgrades reported within 24 hours. Full details in our Fulfillment & Refund Policy.
How do I cancel my plan?
There is nothing to cancel: plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically. You keep your plan until the period you paid for ends, then the account moves to Free unless you renew. Questions? Email hello@aawazz.com.
How do I pay for a plan?
Pick a plan on the Pricing page and pay in Nepali Rupees. Creator can be paid with eSewa, Khalti or FonePay, or by bank transfer through a NepalPay QR code; Creator Plus and Business are paid by bank QR in your bank's mobile banking app. Your plan is upgraded as soon as the payment is confirmed and an invoice is emailed to you.
Voice Cloning & Safety
Whose voice am I allowed to clone?
Only your own voice, or a voice you have explicit written permission to clone. You confirm this every time you create a clone via a required consent checkbox, see our Terms of Service, Section 5.
How do you prevent misuse of cloned voices?
Every clone needs a confirmation that the voice is yours or that you have its owner's written permission. Every generation is recorded against the account that made it, so misuse can be traced, and reported clones are removed.
Can I delete a voice clone?
Yes, anytime from the Voice Cloning screen. Deleting a clone removes the sample and trained model from our systems within 30 days.

Do you sell my data?

What happens to my data if I delete my account?
We remove your personal information, including voice samples and voice models, within 30 days, except where we're required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

Do I need a credit card to start?
No, the Free plan gives you 1,000 characters a month with no card required.
Can I use Aawazz outside Nepal?
Yes, the Service is available globally, subject to applicable local laws.
